FAQ

SAP Business One questions, answered

Is SAP Business One right for a small business?

SAP Business One is designed for small and mid-sized companies, typically 5 to 500 users. If you've outgrown Tally, QuickBooks or spreadsheets, need inventory and finance in one place, or plan to grow across branches or countries, it's a strong fit. We'll tell you honestly if a lighter option like Zoho or a custom ERP suits you better.

What does SAP Business One implementation cost?

Cost depends on users, modules, data migration and customisation. Licences are bought through SAP's authorised channel. We quote implementation as a fixed price after a free discovery call, and phase the work so smaller businesses can spread the investment.

SQL Server or SAP HANA: which version should we choose?

SQL Server suits most small companies and keeps infrastructure costs low. SAP HANA gives faster analytics and is the platform SAP is investing in for the future. We'll recommend one based on your data volume, reporting needs and budget.

Can SAP Business One run in the cloud?

Yes. We host SAP B1 on Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, with automated backups, monitoring and secure remote access. Your team uses it from anywhere without a server room. See cloud integration.

Do you support SAP Business One implemented by another partner?

Yes. Many of our support clients came to us after their original implementer moved on. We start with a health check and fix the most painful issues first.
